David Luedeka DPT, CSCS, a practicing physical therapist and strength and conditioning specialist, is the founder and creator of CKC Fitness System. David attended the University of Florida, D’youville College, and the Medical College of Virginia at VCU. He holds a B.S., M.S., and DPT degrees in physical therapy. He is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist accredited through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. For almost 20 years he owned and directed an outpatient physical therapy/personal training clinic, and is currently the director of the Fried Center for the Advancement of Potential outside of Charlottesville Virginia. He has helped many patients overcome injuries and return to an active life. Many consider David an innovator in the field of physical therapy due to his “outside the box” thinking when treating patients and training clients. Both of these problems can be explained by the evolution of our species when we went from being quadruped to bipedal animals.
